Tip Top Tunnel - East End

This tunnel on the Dawkins Line Recreational Trail is at the county line between Breathitt and Magoffin County. It is approximately 1500' long and about 700' inside it is blocked by mounds of waste, railroad ties and wire. According to an online article there was a fire in the tunnel and it was blocked at both ends to contain the fire.
