Submit a landform

Know a tunnel, lake, arch, overlook, waterfall, cave or a lead that is not here? A better photo, or a correction? Everything goes into a review queue and is credited to you.

About Chestnut Lake (its page). Leave the name as is and describe what should change, or attach a better photo.
The landform

Any form works: decimal degrees, degrees-minutes-seconds, or paste the link from Google Maps. On a phone, the map's tap-for-coordinates gives you a copy button.

About the arch

The arch’s girth: from the top of the opening up to the top of the rock over it, in feet. How thick that rock is, top to bottom, not how deep it is front to back.

About the overlook

Rock Outcrop: a natural cliff or ledge. Roadside: a pull-off along a road. Platform or Tower: a deck, tower or other structure. City: a view over a town. Unknown if you are not sure.

A compass point (SW) or degrees from north (225): the middle of the view.

In degrees of the horizon: 90 is a quarter of the way round, 180 half, 360 all the way.

About the waterfall

Each separate fall of the water, top to bottom: 1 for a single drop, 2 or more where it falls, levels out and falls again.

Photos

JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 15 MB each. Straight from the camera is fine; the site makes its own web sizes.
